About the team: The Creative Platform team develops and maintains Walmart’s first-party self-service ad creative builder, enabling advertisers to create, process, and deliver ad creatives across Walmart’s retail media network. This team manages the full backend stack, including creative management APIs, video transcoding, and image optimization. Focused on scalable and reliable solutions, the team supports onsite and offsite ad delivery, ensuring high performance and seamless integration. Members collaborate closely to drive innovation, maintain system quality, and deliver impactful features that power Walmart’s advertising business end-to-end.
