Napa County is recruiting to fill one full-time Staff Services Analyst I/II vacancy within the Fiscal Division of the Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA). This position will be integral to the billing team responsible for claiming approximately $2 million of behavioral health services monthly.

The role collaborates with Behavioral Health and other divisions, as well as EHR representatives and partners. Teleworking is not allowed during the first six months; afterwards, up to two days per

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, public administration, systems analysis, accounting, or related field.
• Staff Services Analyst I: No related experience required.
• Staff Services Analyst II: One year of relevant administrative/analytic experience or equivalent to I.

Responsabilités

• Be integral to the billing team handling the monthly claim process for behavioral health services.
• Work with Behavioral Health, other divisions, and the EHR vendor/partners during system transitions.
• Assist in contracts, eligibility, service errors and related fiscal activities.
