Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering research programs and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead IDEA and EVALUATE phase NPI workstreams aligned to CAS strategy.
• Design and deliver research programs for new catalysts and emissions technologies.
• Manage budgets, milestones, risks, and reviews with stakeholders.
• Build partnerships across global development hubs and functions.
• Support customer engagement via technical presentations and training.
• Contribute to external collaborations with universities and partners.

The role:

As a CAS Global Staff Scientist, you will help drive our goals by:

• Leading IDEA and EVALUATE phase NPI workstreams aligned to CAS strategy and businessobjectives.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• PhD in Chemistry, ChemicalEngineering, ElectroChemistry, Electro Chemical Engineeringor a related scientific discipline, or aBachelor’sdegree with relevant industry experience.
• Strong technicalexpertisein heterogeneous catalysis.
• Hands-on experience in catalyst preparation, catalytic reactiontestingand material characterisation.
• Excellent analytical skills witha high levelof attention to detail.
• Strong planning andorganisationalcapabilities, with experience managing complex research projects.
• Self-motivated approach with the ability to collaborate effectively across global and multicultural teams.
