Job summary

The Ohio State University James Cancer Hospital is seeking a Staff Scheduling Coordinator 2 to support staffing across the James and Clinical Resource Staff. This role liaises between departments, assists with Float Pool coordination, and helps produce department communications and reports.

Hours are variable and may include weekends and holidays. Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED, with 1 year of relevant experience, and 2-4 years preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of relevant experience required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Certification or vocational training may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing resources across the hospital and departments.
• Produce educational and department communications materials.
• Generate reports and perform other business-related functions for Clinical Resources.
• Work with Nursing Supervisors to manage staffing and scheduling; hours include weekends and holidays.
