Responsibilities

• Perform tasks per policies and directives from supervisors.
• Maintain a warm, calm environment for residents.
• Knowledge of scheduling for Clinical staff.
• Follow personnel policies to ensure services meet residents' needs.
• Attend facility departmental meetings as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of personnel information.
• Submit reports to Administrator or HR as needed.
• Handle administrative forms and reports for HR.

Clinical Scheduler

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Scheduler to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Perform all assigned tasks in accordance with our established policies and procedures, and as instructed by your supervisors
• Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the facility
• Knowledge of scheduling for Clinical staff
• Follows established personnel policies according to employee handbook as well as other departments within the facility to ensure that services and activities can be adequately maintained to meet the needs of the residents
• Attends facility departmental meetings as required
• Maintain Confidentiality of all pertinent personnel information in accordance with the Privacy Act, as well as our established personnel policies governing the release of information
• Make written or oral reports/recommendations to the Administrator and/or the Director of Human Resources concerning personnel needs, problem areas, etc., as deemed necessary or appropriate
• Perform administrative requirements such as completing necessary forms, reports, etc., and submitting to the Administrator and/or Director of Human Resources as required

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited high school or GED preferred.

• Computer knowledge desirable
• Previous long-term care experience is desirable
