Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio (OH Board of Nursing)
• BLS certification from American Heart Association
• Experience working in hospital nursing settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess and provide nursing care across the health-illness continuum.
• Document care plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments and update plans.
• Assist with admission, discharge, and bed management during shifts.
• Participate in process improvement to enhance clinical quality and safety.
• Support surgical unit operations and shift handoffs.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and efficiency standards within an HRO framework
