Salary Range: $38.07 - $61.43

The base pay range reflects current potential base pay for successful applicants. Shift differentials are included. Pay is determined by experience, qualifications, specialty, internal equity, and contracts.

Additional Highlights

• On Call - $4.25 per hour
• Voluntary On Call - $2.75 per hour
• In Charge Differential - $2.50 per hour
• Preceptor Differential - $3.00 per hour
• Float Pool Differential - $2.50 per hour
• Critical Care Float Pool - $3.75 per hour
• Longevity Differential Available

Responsibilities

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Previous hospital RN experience preferred.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• NRP, PALS, and BLS required or obtained within 3 months of hire.
• Thorough knowledge of nursing principles; ability to provide quality patient care and assess patient needs.
• Recognize safety issues and implement safe patient handling techniques.
• Function well under stress with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate; may serve as charge nurse.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
