Elara Caring seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health position in Newaygo, Michigan. This role involves providing high-quality, personalized care in patients' homes, primarily covering Mecosta and Newaygo Counties, with occasional coverage in Mason and Oceana Counties.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct nursing care and education to patients and families
  • Coordinate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements
  • Current, unrestricted state RN license
  • At least 1 year of clinical care experience
  • Ability and willingness to travel within the coverage area (50%)
  • Dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
  • Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, prior Home Health experience, familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase
