Job summary

The role requires a BS EE, 5+ years of experience, and strong knowledge of RF testing, automated testing, and Python scripting. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and mentor staff while maintaining calibration and test readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent.
• 5+ years of overall experience, preferably with active electronics.
• Deep knowledge of phased array systems and RF measurements.
• Experience coding with Python.

Responsibilities

• Manage antenna lab facilities, equipment, supplies, and day-to-day test priorities.
• Maintain vector network analyzers, signal generators, chamber setups, positioner systems, range calibration, and related test equipment.
• Design and execute test plans for phased array antennas, RF/mmWave components and hardware.
• Lead assembly, bring-up, troubleshooting, and testing of arrays and RF designs with cross-functional support.
• Develop test procedures and train engineers, technicians, and new staff on test setup operation.
