Qualifications

• Experience leading RF systems architecture for radar, communications or SATCOM domains.
• Ability to interpret customer specifications and develop compliant proposals.
• Direct experience with RF products for Defense & Aerospace customers.
• Strong system-level understanding of RF, silicon IC and control subsystems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in RF architecture for Radar, communications and/or SATCOM.
• Drive architectural trade studies across performance, SWaP, scalability and constraints.
• Influence system architecture and technical baselines across programs.
• Analyze and document component and subsystem specifications.
• Support development of prototypes, development kits and reference designs.
• Help define technical requirements for new components and antenna systems.
• Contribute to product roadmaps with stakeholders to shape future vision.
• Develop customer relationships and promote products and capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional teams across design, manufacturing, test and program management.
• Contribute to proposals and shape technical strategy for new opportunities.
