Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Release, to own the architecture of the Integrated Continuous Release pipeline, automate end-to-end test environments, and enforce contract-verification models across Lattice services.

You will lead in building robust automated verification and deployment systems, develop reference environments, and ensure high reliability in a multi-stage, cloud and robot ecosystem, with a focus on quality and security for defense

Qualifications

• 15+ years building automated verification suites at scale.
• Strong DevOps: CI/CD, SRE, automated testing, and scripting.
• Deep frontend and backend service experience at scale.
• Hands-on HITL/SITL automation in production.
• Proficient in Python for automation and system development.
• Experience with containerization workflows and Terraform.
• U.S. Person due to access restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement automated systems for development, verification, and deployment.
• Develop and own the reference environment for Lattice workflows.
• Define and maintain full-stack test environments including HITL systems.
• Design software interfaces and features for end-to-end testing.
• Drive CI/CD performance testing and reliability engineering.
• Define AI-enabled automation to find issues early without impacting developers.
• Champion quality across the release pipeline.
