You will mentor peers, develop automation tools, and collaborate with detection and response teams to strengthen incident readiness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience conducting red team operations or advanced penetration testing.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize findings and projects with stakeholders across the company.
• Mentor and guide Offensive Security team members.
• Plan and execute red team exercises and long-term assessments.
• Perform threat modeling and penetration testing across apps, infrastructure, and corporate environments.
• Develop scripts and tools to automate security testing.
• Partner with detection and response teams to improve incident readiness.
• Communicate findings to engineers and executives for remediation.
• Lead security incidents when Pentest or Red Team findings require it.
• Plan and participate in adversarial simulation exercises with security teams.
