Job summary

Feldco, the #1 Window and Door Company in America, is hiring a Staff Recruiter in Rosemont, IL to support recruiting and staffing. This full-time, in-office role offers hands-on training within an experienced HR team and the opportunity to launch a career in human resources with exposure to interviewing, employee relations, and recruiting operations.

You will respond to applicants, post openings, source candidates, conduct phone screens and interviews, coordinate onboarding and background

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Outgoing, personable, and comfortable communicating with candidates and employees.

Responsibilities

• Respond to applicants via email and other channels to advance candidates through recruiting processes.
• Post and maintain job openings across recruiting platforms.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and events.
• Review resumes and conduct phone screens to evaluate fit.
• Schedule and conduct interviews and provide recommendations.
• Coordinate background checks, orientation, and onboarding.
• Manage openings and candidate activity in Paycor Recruiting.
• Conduct onboarding sessions including Employee Handbook and payroll walkthrough.
• Utilize social media to boost candidate engagement and recruiting outreach.
• Assist with internship programs and career fairs.
• Review policies and participate in HR projects.
