Qualifications

This position will report to the Inside Sales Manager to assist in the supervision of our team of Inside Sales/Appointment Setting Representatives. The Feldco Outbound Call Center is a high-volume, fast paced environment. Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of staff and daily tasks associated with outbound call center employees.
• Document employee performance and provide feedback through call monitoring and coaching.
• Administer motivational and incentive inside sales programs.
• Meet or exceed monthly team appointment quotas.
• Schedule and enter sales appointments based on leads generated utilizing inside sales techniques.
• Utilize service and problem-solving skills to better serve external and internal customers.
• Monitor outbound call center dialer software as needed.
• Make inside sales calls daily to current and prospective customers to procure sales appointments.
• Prepare and analyze daily team sales reports and communicate to management.
