Job summary

The Ford Agency is seeking a proactive in-house Recruiter to join a busy HR team at a top law firm in California. You will manage full lifecycle recruitment across Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Operations, IT, and more, advising hiring managers on market trends and attracting top talent.

based in California, Oregon, or Washington, you will source candidates, screen and interview, coordinate offers and onboarding, and maintain the ATS while collaborating with staffing agencies to meet hiring

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting and ATS experience
• Law firm or other professional services experience preferred
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using LinkedIn, and online recruiting platforms
• Must be based out of California, Oregon, or Washington state

Responsibilities

• Source and create a pipeline of high quality candidates
• Interview candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers

Compensation

• $78,000 - $124,000 annually

Candidates for this position must be based in CA, Oregon, or Washington State and be available to work Pacific Standard Time regular business hours.
