The Ford Agency is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our internal team in the Washington, DC area. You will own the full-cycle recruitment process for direct hire, temp-to-hire, and temporary placements, building lasting relationships with clients and candidates in a boutique, service-oriented environment.

Compensation:

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
