Job summary

The Ford Agency is seeking a proactive in-house Recruiter to join a busy HR team at a top law firm. This role covers full lifecycle recruitment across marketing, finance and accounting, operations, IT, and more, advising hiring managers on market trends to attract top talent.

You will source candidates, conduct interviews, maintain the ATS, guide offers and onboarding, post positions, and collaborate with agencies. Based in CA, OR, or WA; work Pacific Time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Law firm or professional services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

This individual will be responsible for the full lifecycle recruitment process across different departments including marketing, finance and accounting, operations, IT, and more. The recruiter will evaluate candidates and advise hiring managers of market trends and attract top talent to the firm. • Must be based out of California, Oregon, or Washington state

Compensation:

• $78,000 - $124,000 annually

Candidates for this position must be based in CA, Oregon, or Washington State and be available to work Pacific Standard Time regular business hours.
