Job summary

Consilio LLC is seeking a talented recruiter to join its high‑performing HR team. You will manage full‑cycle recruitment for key roles across the firm, aligning hiring objectives with business strategies to foster a high‑performance environment.

With 3+ years of law firm recruiting experience, you will source top talent, screen and interview candidates, coordinate with hiring managers and agencies, and guide candidates through onboarding. Pacific hours alignment is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
• Experience recruiting in a legal environment, legal services, or a law firm.
• Ability to problem-solve and strategize.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment; supports HR administration, onboarding and integration, and aligns hiring objectives with business strategies to foster a high-performance environment.
• Manages the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, candidate selection, and onboarding.
• Develops and implements effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Maintains communication with hiring managers, recruitment agencies, and other talent sources throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinates and conducts interviews, administers pre-employment testing, conducts reference checks, and manages background screening.

Our client, a prestigious international law firm, is seeking a talented and motivated recruiter to join their high‑performing HR team. In this position, you’ll manage full‑cycle recruiting for key roles across the firm.

Candidates with 3+ years of law firm recruiting experience, whether in‑house or agency, will be especially successful, particularly those who have staffed business services (non-attorney) roles. This position will align with Pacific hours, and we are only able to consider candidates currently located in the pacific region.
