Job summary

The Ford Agency is seeking a proactive, service-oriented Recruiter to join our internal team in the Washington, DC area. You will build strong relationships with clients and candidates in a collaborative environment focused on exceptional service.

Responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment, candidate screening, and developing new client relationships. You will craft ads, post content, and support business development with the team.

• Superior professional judgement and entrepreneurial mindset

Compensation:

• $70k+ DOE

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
