LegalZoom is seeking a Staff Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. This hybrid role combines remote work with onsite time at the Sherman Oaks, CA office, supporting multiple groups across the company.

You will source, screen, and interview candidates, manage a strong pipeline, meet TA metrics, advise hiring managers, ensure compliance, and stay informed on market trends to optimize hiring outcomes.

• 7+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience for exempt, technical, and management roles.
• Effective interviewing skills.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
• Ability to source, attract, and hire the best candidates via traditional and social methods.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent client service, communication, and teamwork skills.

Overview

You will

You have

• 7+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience with exempt, technical, and management level positions

• Effective interviewing skills

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices

• Ability to source, attract, and hire the best candidate using traditional and social media methods

• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

• Exceptional client service, communication, and teaming skills

• Strong attention to detail, balanced by ability to see big picture

• Ability to perform in a self-managed environment

• Bachelor's degree preferred

The salary range for this role is $114,200-$182,800. Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs. In addition, an annual bonus, incentive bonus and/or restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package. You will also receive a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits as seen below.
