We are looking for an experienced Staff Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. We are a fungible recruiting team, meaning you’ll be supporting various organizations and roles. You will

• Source candidates from multiple venues and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, schedule and host in‑person interviews, and administer pre‑employment tests
• Meet recruiting metrics based on operational needs and TA standards
• Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process
• Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures
• Maintain a constant and steady focus on the marketplace and disseminate market intelligence to key client groups

You have

• 7+ years of high‑volume, full life‑cycle recruiting experience with exempt, technical, and management level positions
• Effective interviewing skills
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
• Ability to source, attract, and hire the best candidate using traditional and social media methods
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast paced environment
• Exceptional client service, communication, and teaming skills
• Strong attention to detail, balanced by ability to see big picture
• Ability to perform in a self‑managed environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred

The salary range for this role is $114,200-$182,800 . Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs. In addition, an annual bonus, incentive bonus and/or restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package. You will also receive a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits as seen below.
