LegalZoom in Sherman Oaks, CA, is seeking a Staff Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You’ll support multiple organizations and roles, delivering an exceptional candidate experience while guiding hiring teams as a strategic advisor.

This hybrid role combines remote work with onsite collaboration; you’ll source candidates, screen resumes, run interviews, and help ensure compliance with employment laws, contributing to our mission to connect people with trustworthy legal services.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of high-volume, full life-cycle recruiting experience with exempt, technical, and management level positions.
• Effective interviewing skills.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
• Ability to source, attract, and hire the best candidate using traditional and social media methods.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Exceptional client service, communication, and teaming skills.
• Strong attention to detail, balanced by ability to see big picture.
• Ability to perform in a self‑managed environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Maintain a constant and steady focus on the marketplace and disseminate market intelligence to key client groups

The salary range for this role is $114,200-$182,800. Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs. In addition, an annual bonus, incentive bonus and/or restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package. You will also receive a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits as seen below.
