Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Quality Integration to own the architecture of the Integrated Continuous Release pipeline across Cloud and Robot environments. You will drive end-to-end test environments, automate HITL/SITL, and enforce contract-verification models to ensure safe, reliable software at scale.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of proven experience building automated verification suites at scale.
• Proficient at DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline development (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and SRE principles.
• Deep experience with frontend and backend services and architectures, at scale.
• Hands-on experience automating HITL and SITL in production release processes.
• Expertise in developing and implementing automated tests: regression, unit, and integration.
• Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting.
• Experience with containerization workflows and Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement robust automated systems for development, verification and deployment.
• Develop and own the reference environment that Lattice workflows are verified in ahead of release.
• Define and maintain comprehensive full stack test environments, including HITL systems.
• Design and implement interfaces and features for end-to-end testing across complex systems.
• Drive CI/CD integration of performance testing and enforce reliability baselines.
• Define and implement AI-enabled automation to find and fix issues early in the dev cycle.
• Be a champion for quality and reliable software.
