Job summary

Rite-Hite is seeking a Staff Quality Engineer in Dubuque, IA to drive the Quality Management System across locations. You will lead quality initiatives, participate in NPD support, PPAP, RCAs, and supplier quality efforts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quality and 6+ years of relevant experience, with a hybrid schedule and up to 35% travel. You will collaborate with Quality, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field required.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in quality engineering, quality systems, manufacturing, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the corporate QMS.
• Lead internal and supplier audits and ensure compliance with standards.
• Drive corrective actions and root-cause analysis for complex quality issues.
• Evaluate customer complaints, nonconformances, and supplier issues to prevent recurrence.
