Job summary

Rite-Hite Corporation in Horn Lake, MS is seeking a Staff Quality Engineer to join the Quality and Operational Excellence team. You will lead quality systems across manufacturing locations, drive NPDP, PPAP, RCA, and supplier quality, and partner with teams to prevent defects.

This hybrid role requires up to 35% travel and a Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in quality engineering. You will implement ISO 9001 practices, perform audits, analyze data, and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in quality engineering, quality systems, manufacturing, or related field.
• Experience with ISO 9001, audits, and quality tooling.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the corporate Quality Management System across sites.
• Lead root-cause analysis (8D, DMAIC, 5 Why) and implement corrective actions.
• Support PPAP, FAI, DFMEA/PFMEA, Control Plans, and product launches.
• Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and inspection requirements.
