Zusammenfassung

Rite-Hite is seeking a Staff Quality Engineer for our Horn Lake, MS site in a hybrid role with up to 35% travel. You will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the corporate Quality Management System across sites and manufacturing locations, driving data‑driven improvements, and supporting New Product Development (NPD).

You will provide technical leadership for complex quality issues, conduct root‑cause analysis, manage PPAP/FAI, and coordinate supplier quality

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field; six+ years quality engineering experience.
• Experience with ISO 9001, audits, and corrective actions.
• Proven ability to lead PPAP, DFMEA/PFMEA, and APQP activities.
