Qualifications

• 8+ years in software quality engineering with staff/lead exposure.
• Expert in testing TS/JS and modern frontend ecosystems.
• Experience with Playwright or Cypress/Selenium for E2E tests.
• Strong unit and component testing with Vitest/Jest/RTL.
• Proven ability to design and evolve test frameworks at scale.
• Solid CI/CD experience and integrating test suites (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Buildkite, GitLab).
• Experience with GraphQL APIs and testing integration/mocks.
• Familiarity with performance and load testing tools like k6 and Lighthouse.
• Experience with visual regression testing (Percy/Chromatic).
• Knowledge of AI/LLM evaluation and non-deterministic outputs.
• Experience in SaaS/fintech/market intelligence domains.
• Contributions to developer experience (ESLint rules, docs-as-code).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud (AWS/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Lead test automation frameworks across UI, API, and GraphQL layers.
• Design and integrate AI evaluation frameworks for LLM features.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate test authoring and debugging.
• Lead performance testing and monitoring implementations.
• Develop reporting tools for test coverage and flaky tests.
• Drive adoption of newer testing tech and CI/CD integration.
• Partner with dev teams to shift-left testing practices.
• Lead root cause analysis and prevent recurrence.
• Participate in code reviews for testability.
• Provide mentorship to QE engineers on automation and AI tooling.
