Lockheed Martin is seeking a Staff Quality Auditor to join the Quality Assurance Team in Orlando, FL. You will lead internal and external audits, assess risks, and guide corrective actions to uphold top quality across Missiles&FireControl operations.

The ideal candidate has strong audit experience, knowledge of AS9100/ISO 9001, and excellent communication skills to present findings to senior leadership. This role supports work-life balance with flexible scheduling options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field required or equivalent education/experience.
• Extensive knowledge of quality systems and standards (AS9100/ISO 9001).
• Experience leading internal/external audits and CAPA processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead audits of Missiles & Fire Control sites and assess risks.
• Develop audit scopes and work plans; present findings to leadership.
• Manage CAPA using root-cause analysis tools and formal processes.
• Prepare audit reports with non-conformities and corrective actions.
• Facilitate Management Review meetings and monitor QMS metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
