Qualifications

• Bachelor-level STEM degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Experience with mistake-proofing process controls.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-relations skills.
• Experience designing/analysing inspection and testing; statistical analysis.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain required security clearance.
• Security clearance eligibility preferred.
• Experience with SPC run charts and Tableau.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and electronic assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program mgmt, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customers to resolve quality-related issues.
• Lead product failure investigations, MRB decisions, and corrective-preventive actions.
• Design and analyze inspection and testing processes, including statistical analysis of non-conforming material.
• Develop and maintain statistical dashboards and automate data-analysis tasks to increase efficiency.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and program-level quality status reports for leadership.
