Job summary

Grocery TV is seeking a Staff Quality Assurance Engineer to own quality across our software platforms, from hands-on testing to process ownership. You will champion quality, coordinate with Product and Engineering, and ensure the release process follows robust QA gates.

The role blends individual contributor testing with leadership, ongoing process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to elevate our QA program and drive reliable product delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software QA experience with ownership of QA process design.
• Experience leading or facilitating bug triage and prioritization frameworks.
• Proven ability to influence quality culture across Product, Engineering, and Support.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end manual test planning and execution across multiple platforms.
• Design, document, and improve QA processes and triage workflows.
• Serve as primary QA liaison to Engineering and Product, clarifying requirements into test coverage.
• Drive quality culture across Product, Engineering, and Support teams.
