Job summary

HID Global is seeking a Staff QA Automation Engineer to lead end-to-end test initiatives across software, devices and integrated systems. Qualifications

• An engineering degree or equivalent knowledge/experience.
• At least seven years of industry experience.
• Experience designing and conducting software, device, systems-integration and end-to-end testing.
• Experience developing complex automated test solutions using scripting or programming languages.
• Experience with Windows and Linux environments.
• Experience SQL/NoSQL data validation.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar tooling; Agile/Lean methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own design and delivery of complex test initiatives across software, devices and integrated systems.
• Develop scalable automation frameworks and CI/CD aligned with product strategy.
• Coordinate test environments and physical test systems, including hardware integration.
• Report test results and decisions clearly to stakeholders and during escalations.
• Promote quality engineering practices and shift-left testing across teams.
