The ideal candidate has 12+ years of QA experience, mentors others, and designs testing strategy while actively building and maintaining automated tests and data validation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of QA/testing experience.
• Mentor/lead QA teams and own testing strategy.
• Hands-on test automation with modern tools.
• Strong SQL and database validation skills.
• Experience with AI-assisted testing approaches.
• Azure cloud experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor QA team while staying hands-on in testing.
• Own end-to-end software quality across applications and initiatives.
• Provide QA leadership around testing strategy, execution, quality standards, and delivery.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts.
• Perform manual testing where appropriate.
• Build and maintain automation using Playwright, Selenium, TypeScript, and C#.
• Perform database validation and testing with SQL.
• Use AI-assisted testing techniques to create test cases and data.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure quality across SDLC.
• Mentor QA engineers and promote consistent testing practices.
