• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• AI-assisted testing experience or familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance and resilience testing processes to validate system behavior under load and failure conditions.

• Build reusable test libraries and tooling to facilitate team adoption.
