Job summary

Crusoe is expanding its modular AI data center infrastructure across the U.S., delivering innovative, multi-site mission-critical facilities. As Construction Manager focusing on the Spark deployment, you will oversee all phases of construction—from site development to final turnover—managing cost, schedule, quality, safety, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years in construction management (base build + TI preferred).
• Experience with Civil Engineering and site improvement projects.
• Strong understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction across site work, structural systems, exterior envelope, MEP infrastructure, and server move-in.
• Manage field operations, subcontractors, and safety.
• Oversee site improvement, electrical/mechanical installation, offices, finishes, HVAC distribution, and site logistics through turnover to operations.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and change orders.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce QA/QC and safety standards.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, operations, and commissioning teams.
• Provide updates on progress, risks, milestones, and cost.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, permitting, and standards.
