• Prioritize pre-charter opportunities in partnership with platform leadership and key stakeholders.
• Own the project-level integrated plan (WBS/IMS) and project budget baseline.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across software, mechanical, electrical, systems engineering, and clinical teams.
• Apply disciplined controls to enable predictable delivery outcomes.
