Job summary

Omnicell is seeking a Staff Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives at the intersection of product innovation and customer value realization. The role requires navigating ambiguity, influencing executives, and delivering measurable outcomes.

You will own end-to-end programs from concept through delivery, coordinate hardware and software delivery, align pricing and go-to-market, and drive adoption and revenue growth across teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or related roles.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs at scale.
• Familiarity with pricing, packaging, go-to-market strategy, and customer lifecycle management (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program execution from concept through delivery, commercialization, and post-sale value realization—ensuring alignment across product, engineering, manufacturing/supply chain, commercial, and customer teams.
• Orchestrate integrated hardware and software product delivery, partnering with engineering, product management, and operations to manage dependencies, risks, and milestones.
• Align pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies with product value propositions and broader business objectives, ensuring readiness for launch and scale.
• Enable early customer adoption and demand generation by collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Drive measurable business outcomes by owning program KPIs, including adoption, bookings, revenue, margin, and ROI against defined targets.
• Provide executive-level communication to VPs and C-suite leaders, translating complex topics into clear insights and decisions.
