You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop schedules and budgets, and manage risks while aligning with regulatory requirements and product strategy. The role requires a strong HDLC/SDLC background, 10+ years in program/product management, and a proven ability to communicate with executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
• 10+ years in project / program / development / product management.
• Strong background in Agile development process.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure commitment from teams for new initiatives; drive consensus on technical approach; set timelines; lead cross-functional teams from design through delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• Identify technical, regulatory, and supply chain risks early and implement mitigation plans; develop recovery plans and communicate to stakeholders.
• Ensure outstanding communication across teams; manage actionable information up to Engineering SLT.
• Oversee hardware design reviews, prototype builds (EVT), DVT/PVT activities, and test strategy.
• Support reliability testing, design for manufacturability (DFM), and design for test (DFT).
