Job summary

Omnicell's R&D TPMO seeks a seasoned Technical Project Manager to drive complex programs from design through delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Regulatory, and Supply Chain, translating requirements into executable plans with clear timelines and milestones.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in product/program management, strong HDLC/SDLC experience, Agile methods, and excellent communication at all levels, including executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, finance or business.
• 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
• 10+ years in project, program, development or product management.
• Strong background in Agile development process.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure commitment from teams for initiatives and lead cross-functional development from design through delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans with recovery strategy and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure effective communication across teams, up to Engineering SLT.
• Align work with product strategy, regulatory requirements, and business outcomes.
• Oversee hardware design reviews, EVT, DVT/PVT, and test strategy.
• Support reliability testing, DFM, and DFT.
