Job summary

Omnicell is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex programs across product and engineering. You will drive cross-functional teams from design through delivery, balancing technical requirements, regulatory demands, and business outcomes.

You will develop rigorous project plans, manage budgets and resources, and identify risks early to implement effective mitigation strategies. This role requires strong communication and a proven record of delivering hardware-software programs.

Qualifications

Experience with hardware and software development life cycle (HDLC & SDLC).
Strong communication and executive-level interaction abilities.
Proven ability to drive cross-functional programs to delivery on time.

Responsibilities

Identify and secure commitment from teams for new initiatives and drive consensus on technical approach.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.
Identify risks early (technical, regulatory, supply chain) and implement mitigation plans.
Ensure outstanding communication across teams and timely updates to Engineering SLT.
Align with product strategy, regulatory requirements and business outcomes.
Oversee hardware design reviews, EVT/DVT/PVT activities, and test strategy.
Support reliability testing, DFM and DFT.
