Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Staff Product Manager in San Jose, CA for a hybrid role (3 days onsite). You will own data security products, drive vision and strategy for Data Security capabilities, and collaborate with Engineering, UX, Support, and Sales to deliver secure cloud security solutions at scale.

You will define requirements, lead GTM plans, and partner across teams to ensure successful deployments and measurable product outcomes in a fast-paced AI-enabled security environment.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
• 5+ years of product management experience delivering Cyber Security solutions
• Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and data classification products with understanding of legacy tools and modern AI-based classification methods
• Strong technical foundation in Data Security, Email, Proxy, CASB, DSPM & adjacent technologies
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to operate across technical and business stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Data Security products, including Web DLP and Email DLP
• Define, document, and prioritize product requirements using market research, competitive insights, and customer feedback
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, Support, Operations, Sales, Marketing) to take ideas from concept to successful delivery
• Support product deployment and sales enablement across beta and production environments in collaboration with Support, Operations, and Sales teams
• Drive and execute go-to-market plans with Marketing and Sales to ensure adoption and measurable product success
