Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Staff Program Manager to lead the People M&A engine, transforming workflows into automated execution and bridging Corporate Development with People teams to ensure a seamless Day 1 experience for new hires.

You will design scalable playbooks, drive automation with AI, and oversee the People M&A phases of recruiting, IT onboarding, and HR operations while partnering with global teams to align priorities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of M&A experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong data governance and process design capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Standardize and operationalize the M&A playbook and knowledge hub.
• Drive automation by partnering with People Tech and implement the Tech Efficiency Roadmap.
• Lead People M&A phases across recruiting, IT onboarding, and HR operations from deal disclosure through Day 1.
• Ensure data accuracy with Single Source of Truth protocols across systems.
• Serve as the primary POC for People teams (TA, Benefits, PeopleOps, People Partners, Global Mobility) to road-map and implement priorities.
