You will translate HR needs into scalable tech solutions, reduce manual work, and ensure future-ready automation. 5+ years in HR tech, hands-on automation, and clear communication across audiences are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in HR technology or related technical roles.
• Hands-on automation experience with Workato or similar iPaaS.
• Experience owning automation governance and documentation.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
