United States Digital Space LLC is hiring a Head of Talent Management Programs & PMO to architect and run the company’s most critical talent systems.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Management & Rewards, you will translate people strategy into scalable programs spanning performance, promotion frameworks, talent reviews, succession, and manager enablement, with a disciplined operating cadence aligned to the company's clock speed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Talent Management, People Operations and portfolio/program management.
• Comfort with AI tools as applied to talent program design, analytics, and portfolio management.
• Proven track record building or leading a PMO with complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
• Depth in performance systems, org design, competency/career frameworks, succession planning, and manager effectiveness.
• Operational rigor with program/project management frameworks and process improvement (Lean Six Sigma).
• Strong data fluency and a product mindset for people analytics and dashboards.
• Excellent executive communication and influence; ability to simplify complexity for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Program Design: Lead evolution of core talent cycles (performance, 360, promotion).
• Competency & Career Mapping: Architect standardized models and ladders for global functions.
• Succession & Talent Readiness: Design talent review processes and a data-backed succession pipeline.
• Manager Enablement: Partner with cross-functional teams to equip managers with tools and insights.
• Strategic Roadmap Management: Own the integrated roadmap for Talent Management & Rewards.
• Operational Excellence: Implement lean PMO practices prioritizing speed and impact.
• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Connect Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Leadership to ensure alignment.
• Talent Analytics: Build dashboards to measure ROI and drive accountability.
