Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own planning and execution rhythm for recruiting technology, connecting multiple teams, and delivering a coherent view of priorities and progress.

You will help evolve recruiting workflows with AI tools, align with company roadmap and headcount planning, and shape the long-term TPM model for the People org. This is a central TPM role partnering with Recruiting and People leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical program management experience in ambiguous environments.
• Experience driving planning across teams without a shared reporting line.
• Depth in APIs and data flows between SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the cross-team planning cadence for recruiting technology with a shared roadmap and DRIs.
• Lead high-priority cross-team programs end-to-end, coordinating independent teams.
• Oversee the interconnection work: integrations across platforms and data/analytics layers.
• Partner with engineering and AI teams to integrate Claude into recruiting workflows with governance.
