Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager for the People Operations and Insights team. You will manage end-to-end or cross-functional projects across HR pillars, ensuring delivery and adoption of high-priority initiatives with internal users.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in PM/ops/strategy, with 2+ years in HR, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Asana, Jira, Airtable.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project management, operations, strategy, or consulting.
• At least 2 years operating within an HR team.
• Proven track record navigating complexity and driving results.
• Experience cross-functional with HR, Finance, Legal, Product, Tech.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with PM tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end or cross-functional projects across People pillars.
• Develop and implement project plans, optimize workflows and keep stakeholders informed.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and mitigate to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with legal, finance and engineering to improve processes and controls.
• Prepare materials for senior leadership and stakeholders; present findings.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
