Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Staff Program Manager to drive readiness for changes impacting our customer success expert ecosystem. You will lead the work to ensure experts are prepared and changes are implemented with excellence to delight customers.

The role requires prior change management experience, collaboration across teams, and a passion for improving processes at scale. You will work across multiple locations and drive readiness with velocity and adoption.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA a plus or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of proven performance in change management.
  • 7+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Proficient with Google Suite (documents, spreadsheets, presentations).
  • Excellent written and verbal and communication skills.
  • Superb organizational skills and can demonstrate successful management of multiple projects at a time, delivering quality outcomes tied to business outcomes.
  • Sought after strategic partner, able to build and nurture strong relations and influence broadly.
  • Experienced in using AI for streamlining business tasks.
  • Lean, Six Sigma experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of initiatives and ensure readiness workstreams are identified, plans are developed and executed to ensure high adoption.
  • Assess risk across workstreams and drive mitigation, prioritization, and tradeoffs for on-time releases with high adoption and minimal defects.
  • Partner with product and communication teams to understand roadmaps and proactively communicate changes.
  • Validate readiness, oversee release and evaluate change performance for improvement opportunities.
  • Seek opportunities to optimize delivery speed and clarity of change practices for scalability.
  • Partner, educate, roadshow and mentor others on change management best practices.
  • Translate expert insights into actions for support readiness from inception through post implementation.

  • Assess risk across workstreams and drive appropriate mitigation efforts, prioritization, and tradeoffs, resulting in on-time releases with high adoption and no/minimal defects
  • Partner with product and communication teams to understand roadmaps and proactively communicate changes
  • Validate readiness, oversee release and evaluate how a change is performing, where there may be opportunities for improvement
  • Seek opportunities to continually optimize, including improving speed and clarity of how we deliver change and ensure planning and change practices are enduring and scalable.
  • Partner, educate, roadshow and mentor others on change management best practices
  • Role model expert advocacy translate expert insights (quantitative and qualitative) into action for support readiness work from inception through post implementation
