Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Staff Program Manager for the Expert Network to drive readiness for changes affecting our customer success ecosystem. You will lead cross‑functional teams, ensure ready state for initiatives, and partner with product and communication teams to communicate changes and improve adoption.

Successful candidates will apply change management experience, translate insights into action, and scale practices across teams to delight customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA a plus.
• 3-5 years of proven performance in change management.
• 7+ years of program or project management experience.
• Proficient with Google Suite (documents, spreadsheets, presentations).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple projects.
• Strategic partner with broad influence.
• Experience using AI to streamline business tasks.
• Lean Six Sigma experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of initiatives with readiness workstreams and defined DoD standards.
• Assess risk, drive mitigation, prioritization, and on-time releases with high adoption.
• Partner with product and communications teams to align roadmaps and changes.
• Validate readiness, oversee release, and evaluate performance for improvements.
• Seek opportunities to optimize delivery speed and scalability.
• Mentor others on change management best practices.
• Turn expert insights into actions for readiness from inception to post-implementation.

As a Staff Program Manager, you will lead the work to ensure our experts are prepared and changes are implemented with excellence so that our teams can delight our customers. Successful candidates will have prior change management experience and are highly passionate about improving processes and collaborating across teams to drive change at scale, with high velocity and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of initiatives and ensure appropriate readiness workstreams are identified, plans are developed and seamlessly executed to our “Definition of Done” standard to create an excellent experience for experts amidst change
• Assess risk across workstreams and drive appropriate mitigation efforts, prioritization, and tradeoffs, resulting in on-time releases with high adoption and no/minimal defects
• Partner with product and communication teams to understand roadmaps and proactively communicate changes
• Validate readiness, oversee release and evaluate how a change is performing, where there may be opportunities for improvement
• Seek opportunities to continually optimize, including improving speed and clarity of how we deliver change and ensure planning and change practices are enduring and scalable.
• Partner, educate, roadshow and mentor others on change management best practices
• Role model expert advocacy translate expert insights (quantitative and qualitative) into action for support readiness work from inception through post implementation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA a plus or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of proven performance in change management
• 7+ years of program or project management experience
• Proficient with Google Suite (documents, spreadsheets, presentations)
• Excellent written and verbal and communication skills
• Superb organizational skills and can demonstrate successful management of multiple projects at a time, delivering quality outcomes tied to business outcomes
• Sought after strategic partner, able to build and nurture strong relations and influence broadly
• Experienced in using AI for streamlining business tasks
• Lean, Six Sigma experience a plus
