Job summary

DataRobot, Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Security Engineer in the United States to lead federal security initiatives and drive compliance with FedRAMP High and DoD IL5. You will build automation in Python or Go and secure containerized production systems.

You will partner with engineering, security, and customer teams to translate complex federal controls into actionable requirements and implement secure-by-design practices across CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Information Security experience with focus on Product/Sec or AppSec.
• Experience leading federal security programs and compliance (FedRAMP High/DoD IL5).
• Ability to translate controls (NIST 800-53) into engineering requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead DataRobot Federal Group security programs and maintain ATOs for FedRAMP High and DoD IL5.
• Develop security automation in CI/CD using Python or Go.
• Design and implement container security controls for production environments.
