Job summary

Datadog, Inc. is seeking an Information Security Analyst II for the Federal Programs team to support U.S. Government certifications and regulatory compliance.

You will help design, implement, and monitor security controls across Datadog’s offerings, collaborating with engineering, legal, and finance to meet evolving requirements. You will assess risks, manage audit lifecycles, and leverage AI-powered automations to demonstrate ongoing compliance.

Qualifications

• BS degree with at least 5 years in security policy, compliance, or information security.
• Experience designing, implementing, and assessing security controls for FedRAMP/DoD environments.
• Proven ability to work with external auditors, regulators, and customers.
• Knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS) and compliance automation.
• Ability to obtain government compliance certifications and potentially a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support pursuit of U.S. Government certifications and accreditations (FedRAMP, GovRAMP, CC SRG).
• Document Datadog practices for transparency to customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with security and engineering teams to design and monitor security features.
• Lead assessment, monitoring, and reporting activities; engage with auditors and regulators.
• Translate complex documents into concrete requirements for legal, finance, and engineering teams.
