Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Federal Compliance Manager to collaborate with engineering and legal teams to implement control requirements and FedRAMP standards. You will support audits, remediation, and POAM reporting for authorizing agencies, helping to strengthen overall security posture across the platform.

You will work across cross-functional groups, drive risk management, and help shape security programs for a SaaS product used by multiple agencies, with options for

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on IT auditing or compliance work.
• Recent hands-on focus on FedRAMP Framework.
• Experience leading a Cloud Service Provider through a FedRAMP ATO process.
• SaaS-based audit and compliance experience.
• Experience with cloud environments (e.g., AWS).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, sales, product/enterprise) to align security controls with FedRAMP requirements.
• Analyze information from disparate teams to identify risks and drive issue resolution.
• Assist in audits and remediation planning for internal and external reviews.
• Identify security and configuration requirements for cloud, applications, and enterprise teams.
• Develop automated evidence collection and control validation processes.
• Maintain documentation such as the System Security Plan (SSP).
• Guide internal teams on FedRAMP implementation and its impact on roadmaps.
